Making A Purchase

We accept credit card payment by Visa or MasterCard. Payments will be processed by Sage Pay

We will not charge for any stocked or back-ordered item until it is ready to ship. You may ‘phone with your credit card details during working hours or send them by post or fax ( at customer’s risk ) – or you may pay directly via our website.

Prices Listed
Whilst PROQUIP DIRECT LTD. strive to ensure all prices are correct and updated on this website, we appreciate that errors may creep in from time to time.
We therefore publish: errors and omissions excepted (E&OE) as part of our terms and conditions.

Delivery Schedule   : We will normally despatch your order in 1-3 business days, but frequently items are shipped same day and arrive next.
We can, though offer a GUARANTEED Next Day Delivery for an extra fee.
Large shipments requiring palletisation may also incur a surcharge of £70.00.

For direct despatch we use couriers such as DPD and Circle only within the UK.
When goods are despatched direct from the manufacturer other shippers may be used.
Our couriers will deliver between 7:30am and 6pm on weekdays and will require a signature on receipt.

Back Orders   : If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security   : All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Returns Policy :   RETURNS AND HANDLING CHARGES
Requests by you to return goods to us will be accepted subject to a handling charge if all of the following criteria are met:
i   ) the goods were sourced from the PROQUIP DIRECT LTD. online shop.
ii  ) the goods are in good order, unused and in original packaging ( where applicable ).
iii ) the goods are despatched back within 10 days of the date of despatch/invoice.
iv ) return carriage is arranged by yourselves.
v ) PROQUIP DIRECT LTD. have been notified prior to the return and have issued a numbered Goods Returns Note which has been completed and accompanies the goods.

Handling charges will be levied as follows :
Goods returned within 10 days of the date of despatch/invoice will be subject to either a 20% handling charge or £30 whichever is the greater : the balance will be reimbursed within 30 days.
