“Just a review on how my jobs went using I-GON.
For the want of a better word AMAZING! I have now used it on various applications and each time a roaring success.
The first time we used it was down a bore hole using the pump to recirculate the solution into an IBC, the pump kept reading error code dry run but within 30 minutes we could get the pump to run continuous and watching a rapid increase of pressure. The 32 mm blue pipe was almost 1/3 full of manganese and iron when we started and within 2 hours of running the pipes were clean. The dirty solution then bubbled away until it became back to its normal diluted colour in the IBC.
The second time I used it was to clean a Pedrollo CRM pump, the impellers were loaded full of manganese, I stripped the impellers and soaked it in the same I-GON solution, 30 minutes later I was washing the impellers down and they were spotless, I rebuilt the pump and again brilliant results.
