Franklin Electric 4″ Submersible Encapsulated Motors are manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities and are built for operation in 4″ diameter or larger water wells. These 4″ submersible motors (0.25 to 9.3 kW) feature the industry’s widest range of voltage and frequency ratings in both 1- and 3-phase models. Each is fitted with water lubricated radial and thrust bearings for maintenance-free operation : the motor is filled with a special FES93 fluid and a special diaphragm ensures pressure compensation inside the motor. Single-Phase 4″ Permanent Split Capacitor Submersible Motors have been electrically optimised to offer reliable pump starting over a wide range of incoming voltages. Three-Phase 4″ Submersible Motors also offer maximum life and highest efficiency under various load conditions and should be matched with good quality starting/control panels.
